Arnold Machinery has 24 hour on call parts departments to help with emergency parts needs keeping downtime to a minimum. We have facilities in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and Wyoming within our sales territory to supply mining equipment parts near you. We carry Hitachi and Reich Drill parts. Our Silver Service policy guarantees you will be happy with your purchase and our service or our job is not done!
Pickup and Delivery
Arnold Machinery offers delivery of mining equipment parts and components to your location. Our friendly and dedicated staff is qualified to be on MSHA sites for all pickup and delivery needs. Silver Service® is our commitment to you that you will receive your parts quickly and efficiently so you have the least amount of downtime possible.
COVID-19 Parts Update
Arnold Machinery is committed to continue providing the parts needed to help our customers, communities, and country persevere. In our ongoing efforts to keep our associates and customers safe, we have temporarily limited parts orders to email, customer portals, or by phone only. If you choose to pick them up in person, please call when you arrive in our parking lot and we will engage in a contactless drop off. To ensure we maintain the ability to best assist our customers, we have also upped our total amount of stocked inventory.
